Scan & Code | home

Express Graphics knows document scanning, database coding, and load file creation. We pioneered litigation scanning in the Tulsa market in 1999. This is our 7 th year of performing quality focused scanning operations.

Anyone can put paper through a scanner, but it takes real expertise to create projects that can be used with the popular litigation software such as Summation, Trial Director, Adobe Acrobat, IPRO, Concordance, and others. We perform a strict quality control procedure on each project to insure all the i’s are dotted and t’s crossed.

  • High volume scanning

We have 4 scan stations for handling large projects. We use the powerful IPRO Suite of software for managing our scanning projects. IPRO is the industry leader for legal scanning and image viewing solutions. IPRO stays current with any changes in load files for the popular litigation software programs. There are no projects too big for us to produce in a reasonable time table.

  • Database coding ( bibliography coding) and image hosting

We partner with The Common Source in Houston for database coding. We trust The Common Source because of their intensive quality control procedure. Express Graphics and The Common Source provide a seamless solution for database coding and image hosting.

  • Load file creation for CD’s with no load files

When you receive CD’s of images from opposing counsel, you will get wide range of formats, quality and organization. We can help you get these disks to a usable state.

  • Prints from images (blowbacks)

We can print images off CD’s in black and white or color. When you need thousands of pages printed, or just a few hundred, Express Graphics can print 20,000 black and white pages per hour.

  • Subset creation from large collection, image conversion etc…

If you have a large set of images, chances are you will need additional paper printed or subsets of images created to send to experts or prepare for depositions.
Express Graphics will maintain a working set of your images on our computer for printing certain document collections, or creating image subsets from your database queries.
